The NAPCL 2026 Franchise Auction gives community members the opportunity to own a franchise team in the 2026 Championship. As a franchise owner you sponsor a team captained by one of our top-ranked players competing at the May 16–17 tournament in Cleveland, Ohio.

Bidding is open to anyone in the NAPCL community. There are 10 franchise teams available. The highest bidder for each team at the Live Auction Show wins ownership.

Minimum Opening Bid

First bid on any team must be at least $500.

Each new bid must be at least $100 more than the current top bid.

You can view the live leaderboard anytime without registering — just click the 🏆 Leaderboard tab.

Register to Get Your PIN — One Time Only

Click 📝 Register → enter your full name → click "Get My PIN". A unique 6-digit PIN appears in a gold box. Save it immediately — screenshot it or write it down. It will not be shown again.

⚠️ Your name + PIN is your identity for the entire auction. Lost your PIN? Email napclpro@gmail.com with your full name.

Check the Leaderboard

Click 🏆 Leaderboard to see current bids on all 10 teams. Each card shows the top bid, the leading bidder, and a scrollable history of all bids on that team.

The leaderboard refreshes every 30 seconds. Click ↻ Refresh for the latest at any time.

Place Your Bid

Click 💰 Place Bid tab (or click "+ Place Bid" on any team card). Fill in your full name, your PIN, select a team, and enter your bid amount. Click "Submit Bid" — a green message confirms it's saved.

The form shows you the current top bid and the minimum you need to enter right below the team selector before you type an amount.

Monitor and Outbid

Others can outbid you at any time — your bid is visible to everyone. Come back and raise your bid whenever you like before March 29 @ 12 Noon ET. You can bid on multiple teams simultaneously.

💡 The closing time is firm with no extensions. Don't leave it to the last minute without a backup plan.

Join the Live Auction Show — March 29 @ 7 PM ET

Join via the Google Meet link shared in the WhatsApp group. All 10 teams are revealed one by one. For each team, live bidding opens — call out a higher bid to win. Highest bid when the auctioneer closes that team wins.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be a carrom player to bid?▼

No. The auction is open to anyone in the NAPCL community — players, family members, supporters, and fans. You do not have to be a registered player to own a franchise team.

Can I bid on more than one team?▼

Yes — bid on as many teams as you like. However, you can only win one team. If you are leading on multiple teams when the online window closes, you choose one at the Live Show and the others go to the next highest bidders.

Can I see everyone else's bids?▼

Yes. This is an open auction. Every bid — bidder name and amount — is visible to everyone on the Leaderboard in real time. You always know exactly what you need to beat.

What happens if I lose my PIN?▼

Email napclpro@gmail.com with your full name. The tournament admin will recover your PIN and share it privately. You can also check your registration status on the 📝 Register tab using Check Status.

Can I withdraw my bid after placing it?▼

No. All bids are binding once submitted. By placing a bid you commit to paying that amount if you win. Please bid only what you are genuinely prepared to pay.

I already hold the top bid — can I raise it myself?▼

No. If you already hold the top bid on a team, the system will not let you raise your own bid — you are already winning. You can only bid again after someone else outbids you.

How do I pay if I win a team?▼

Payment details are confirmed after the Live Auction Show on March 29. Current payment method is Zelle. Email napclpro@gmail.com for questions about payment.

What does owning a franchise team mean?▼

You sponsor and support your team at the May 16–17 tournament in Cleveland. You are recognized as the team owner, participate in the trading window (April 5–15) with your captain, and cheer your team on at the event. Full details are in the NAPCL Franchise Policies document at napclpro.org.

Is my PIN secure? Who can see it?▼

Your PIN is stored securely. Only the tournament admin (Umakanth Pandurangaiah) can look up PINs for recovery purposes. Your PIN is never shown publicly anywhere. Never share your PIN with anyone.
